Do you accept insurance?
We offer a private, cash-based service with the option to use FSA/HSA accounts. As an "out-of-network" practice, we care for you based on your needs, not an insurance company's template. Our comprehensive care often consists of lifestyle, holistic, and advanced laboratory tests frequently deemed "experimental" by insurance carriers.
Why is the initial membership 12 months?
Hormonal pathways take time to respond. Every body is different and requires a slow titration and close monitoring. Based on years of research, we believe optimal health is best achieved over a 12-month tailored program. Once optimized, you may transition to another membership model.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! You may cancel at any time. Our refund policy ensures costs already incurred (consultations, follow-ups at hourly rates, and lab costs) are covered. Please note that medication or supplements already ordered cannot be refunded.
Do you offer video visits (telemedicine)?
Yes. Although we are local to the South Bay and Santa Cruz area, we currently only offer visits via video. This allows for better life balance and ensures our community can access care without the restriction of a commute.
How do I get my labs drawn?
You can walk into most local labs such as Quest Diagnostics with the order provided by our clinician. Depending on your location, we also offer mobile phlebotomy services to have labs drawn in your own home (available in select areas for an additional fee).
