LAB WORK WITH CLINICIAN EVALUATION
We provide full initial evaluation by a licensed Physician Associate, lab work and recommended treatment plan customized to you.
Based on labs, evaluation and assessment by our Physician Associate, a treatment plan utilizing appropriate hormones to optimize your health will be considered.

HORMONE OPTIMIZATION
Additional services offered are specific peptide and supplement treatments which may include GIP and GLP-1 agonists for weight loss, NAD+ for cellular health, DHEA to stabilize energy levels and help regulate fat metabolism, Methylcobalamin B12 to aid in nervous system function and protection.

Prices below are a starting point for most clients. We specialize in customized individual care which can alter the costs associated.
Membership - 12 Months
Includes initial consultation with clinician, all required follow up visits, all required labs, customized treatment plan.
*Initial consultation fee ($169) will be deducted from this total.

This will allow for recommended follow up visits, additional maintenance labs as necessary.

Cost will be for the addition of the peptide only. This varies depending on the peptide and duration of use. Please ask for additional details
Peptides without Membership
Cost will be based on the peptide and duration of use, plus labs (if recommended), and a consultation fee with the clinician of $299. Please ask for additional details and our peptide price sheet

Hormone Treatments
*Memberships are 12 month minimum. Although we can start to see improvement in symptomatic clients in weeks, to reach your optimal health, majority of treatment plans will be recommended at an initial 12 month length. This directly correlates with the need to titrate medications up slowly and to ensure treatment success based on published recommendations.
*Hormonal optimization can feel like a cure, please remember that in order to maintain the positive effects of treatment, the treatment must also be maintained.
The cost of treatment will depend on the type of hormone and dose recommended in your treatment plan. The cost listed is a range and may not include changes to pharmacy costs as of today. Please inquire for most up to date cost during your visit.
All visits are scheduled in 60 minute increments.
